Refund policy – digital products
All products in this store are digital downloads (PDF). The file is delivered by email immediately after payment.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying online. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided that you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, chapter 2, section 11, point 11, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m)).
By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download is made available to you. This consent is confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Faulty or incorrect files
If your file is damaged, incomplete, cannot be opened, or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 30 days at littlevoicesthlm@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a working file or, if we cannot, give you a full refund. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
Ångerrätt (svenska)
Alla produkter är digitala nedladdningar som levereras via e-post direkt efter betalning. Enligt lagen om distansavtal (2 kap. 11 § p. 11) gäller ingen ångerrätt för digitalt innehåll när leveransen har påbörjats med ditt uttryckliga samtycke och du har godkänt att ångerrätten därmed upphör. Genom att slutföra köpet samtycker du till omedelbar leverans och godkänner att ångerrätten upphör när filen görs tillgänglig för dig. Om filen är felaktig eller inte går att öppna, kontakta oss inom 30 dagar så skickar vi en fungerande fil eller återbetalar hela beloppet.
